Fuse Boards with additional protection

All of us rely on electricity in our daily lives, but rarely stop to think about the danger it can pose. Traditional fuse boards with circuit breakers are designed to protect the circuits in your home and prevent fire, but they are  NOT designed to protect the user from serious injury from electric shock. Fortunately, modern fuseboards featuring RCD's, or RCBO's can protect you and your family by breaking the circuit before it gives you a fatal electric shock. They must however be installed in the right way and fully tested and this is where we can provide the expertise to give you peace of mind.

EICRs

.​An Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) is the electrical equivalent of a MOT for your car. Whilst your car may appear to be fine to drive, MOTs can unearth potentially dangerous faults, and the same can be said for EICRs. Our EICR will provide details of any dangerous or potentially dangerous aspects of your electrical installation in your home or business  which need to be rectified.
When we conduct an EICR, we will provide you with a quote for any remedial works required, in order for your home or business to comply with regulations. We will do this for no additional charge.

Emergency Lighting Installation & Testing

Emergency lighting is essential in the event of fire or power supply issues and it's important to ensure that you conduct a thorough review of your emergency lighting on a yearly basis to ensure that your lights comply with regulations. We will test your lighting and create an inventory of your lights and any which are not up to scratch. We can source lights per spec or provide suggestions for energy efficient upgrades.
